This appartment is just 1 street to the beach, and also to the Train, Bus and Taxi Station is 2 minutes walking. It is 8 train stops (30 min) to Plaza Cataluña (Barcelona city center) and 2 minutes more to the gay area with a lot of clubs, bars and saunas.
If you stay in my appartment you can visit easily Barcelona and gay life and then rest and sleep quietly without any noise and just 2 minutes to the beach. The appartment is 55 sqm and also has a big patio (25 sqm) where have breakfast and dinner is a pleasure!
